Job Description:
Hogan – Hansen, P.C., a multi-office CPA firm is hiring in their Mason City, Iowa office. We are seeking a Senior Auditor to join our team. Responsible for managing client assignments and projects, delivering a high quality service. This includes coaching, advising and supporting team members in meeting client and self-development expectations. Three to five years experience preferred, but will consider candidates with less experience who display the necessary attributes for job success.
Requirements
- Correctly performs most routine audit engagement procedures in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrates ability to recognize and propose sensible solutions. Should be able to fine appropriate balance between clients' and firm's risk
- Meet assigned deadlines or budgets
- Show ability to supervise
- Be willing to train other staff as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors' or Master's degree in accounting
- 2-4 years of public audit accounting experience
- Current CPA license
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
Salary
Will commensurate with experience.
